ICM’s investment strategy is focused on helping experienced owners, operators, and developers of commercial real estate to scale their platforms, control opportunities, and increase assets under management by mitigating any related financial constraints. Principal investments are generally capitalized through the firm’s family of discretionary private equity funds and structured as co-GP/sponsor equity, LP common equity, venture-based equity, or preferred equity. Whatever the format, ICM offers real estate sponsors committed capital joined with speed, flexibility, and certainty of execution.

The Integrated family of Funds are a truly diversified allocation to exceptionally well-located, institutional-quality commercial real estate on a direct basis. Funds are generally intended to represent multiple asset classes in various geographic markets with a multitude of sponsors so that no single investment can disproportionately impact overall returns.
